GUARANTEE
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year from date of purchase. We are also happy to repair damaged items or those suffering from fair wear and tear, at cost. Always read the directions on any jewellery cleaner to make certain that it is safe for your pearls, semi precious stones and crystals.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Sparkles and Pearls offer an online ordering service with fast, secure payments via PayPal. Simply make your selection then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to make a PayPal payment.

PRIVACY
Sparkles and Pearls will only use your name and address to post your order. Your details will never be passed to a third party. When paying by Paypal, your card details are not given to Sparkles and Pearls and we do not have access to any of your financial information.
DELIVERY
We aim to post all stock items within one working day of receipt of cleared funds, in the event of any delay, we will contact you by email or telephone. Delivery times for custom orders will be confirmed at the time of order.
POSTAGE COSTS WITHIN THE UK
We have tried to simplify postage and packing charges as much as possible by charging a flat rate of £3.50. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, Next Day by 1pm, as Royal Mail will insure your jewellery while it is in their care. We are more than happy to use First Class or Recorded Delivery, if you would prefer but we cannot be held liable for any loss. If you would like to use these alternative services, please contact us before you place your order.
POSTAGE COSTS OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Your jewellery will be sent via airmail and includes insurance. A signature on delivery will be required.

COLOUR AND MEASUREMENT ACCURACY
The variation of colour that occurs due to the technology may cause slight changes in colour. We do everything we can to ensure this is minimised but if you would like additional pictures or descriptions then you are most welcome to contact us.
We try to be as accurate as possible with our measurement but because our jewellery is hand made there may be slight variations.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Please return the item, unworn and in the original packaging to:

A full refund of the purchase price will be made. We regret that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Please use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, to ensure the security of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post when Special Delivery is not used. We regret that for hygiene reasons we cannot offer a returns service for pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
